Where is my order?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email which will contain tracking information. Also you can contact our Customer Care Team to help track your order.
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned, we will send you an confirmation email once we have received your return. Once your return had been processed you will receive an additional email. If you haven`t heard any communication from us after this timescale please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of your return.
I have seen an item I want but it is no longer in stock?
We understand how frustrating it is that the item you are obsessing over is currently out of stock. If we are in high demand for a item then we will re-stock the item, you also have the option where if the item you want is not in stock you can type your email in and we will notify you when it is back in stock.
How can I return my item?
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us, items that cannot be returned are pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, you can return within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you if:
.The items are unworn and unwashed
.If shoes, items must be unworn and show no signs of wear
.If the items have all MissBella tags attached
.If there has been no transfer of make-up on the items
All of the refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than 14 days after the day we receive the items back from you

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel, so they can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour at your request (option at checkout). Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed. Also if it is not possible to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour a card will be left which will include details of what will happen next with your order.
Can I amend my order?
We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. It is possible for you to amend your order before you click “Confirm & Pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. You can return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Process.

Why won’t my discount code work?
Your code: Check you have you entered the code correctly? Try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.
Expiry Date: To make sure the discount code is still valid please look at the terms and conditions.
Eligible items: Sometimes we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
I forgot to use a discount code?
We are sorry to hear this but once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Therefore if the discount is still valid on your next order you can use it then.
